Standard Configuration:

1) Digital high frequency: PWM special pulse outlet.High frequency soft start function, machining surface without burrs.

2) Limit function: Meet the lower limit automatically rises to the top, if the copper tube is replaced halfway, it can also rise directly to the top.

3) Fixed depth function: the use of encoding disk count, a, b phase orthogonal decoding, strong anti-interference ability, more accurate depth.
 

4) Intelligent tool lifting function: set the workpiece thickness, workpiece punching, one-key processing end, automatically lift to the surface of the workpiece.
 

5) Maximum machining depth to diameter ratio of 300:1

6) Can erode drills and taps broken in the workpiece without damaging the original hole or thread.

7) Maximum stroke of Z-axis is 400mm, 500mm long electrode can be clamped at one time, and the waste of electrode tube is low.

9) The spindle lifting and secondary lifting adopt Taiwan linear guide and ball screw, which better ensure the machining precision.
 

10) The spindle lifting is driven by subdivision stepping motor to realize fast lifting, and the head stroke is controlled electrically.
